Original BioThane Coated Webbing

BioThane Coated Webbing is a product of BioThane USA. The product consists of polyester webbing protected by a coating of PVC or TPU. Most of the BioThane straps in our range are Beta BioThane.

With the exception of the UV-printed straps, we sell BioThane by the meter (which is approximately 3.3 feet) and when you order multiple meters, you will receive it in one piece. When you order 30 meters, you will receive a full roll.

What is BioThane?

BioThane is a polyester webbing that has a protective coating around it. Several coatings are available, with Gold and Beta being the best known. Most of the products in this category are part of the BioThane Beta series.

BioThane is quite strong, of course depending on the width of the strap. B10 BioThane webbing has a breaking strength of 1000 lbs per inch width. Most of the webbing straps in our range have a thickness of .095”-.105”.
