If you have questions or problems regarding the delivery of your parcel, you can directly contact our customerservice with your order number, sending an email to: info@paracord.eu. We will gladly help you out.

Our principle is: we want to make things as easy as possible, both for you and for us! So if there’s a problem, we want to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please let us know. You can reach us by email or WhatsApp on weekdays between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. We are also available by phone Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM CET. We always strive to resolve complaints to everyone’s satisfaction. You can expect a response within 3 business days.
