Angelus Leather Paint

Mixing and applying

All Angelus leather paints can be mixed together to create your own custom colour. Apply thin, even layers, letting each layer dry before adding the next, and leave your project to dry for at least 24 hours before use for the best, most durable result.

Empty paint markers

For detail work, outlines and touch-ups, our refillable empty paint markers let you turn any Angelus colour into a precision marker. Fill them with paint thinned 50% with Angelus 2-Thin, and use the interchangeable round tip for fine detail or the angled/chisel tip for clean lines. Available with 3mm or 5mm nibs. Pearlescent Metallic

For a shimmering, reflective finish, our Pearlescent Metallic range adds a distinctive metallic sheen to the standard Angelus colour palette.

Preparer & Deglazer and Finish

For the best adhesion, use Angelus Preparer & Deglazer to strip the factory finish from smooth leather before painting. Once your project is dry, Angelus Finish lets you control the final gloss level, from matte to high shine.

Where to use it

Beyond leather and BioThane, Angelus paint also works on canvas, denim, faux leather, nylon and wood, making it a versatile choice well beyond leathercraft alone.
